Chronic killer disease risks (heart disease, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis,  cancer et. al.) and age-related debilitation are both susceptible to dietary intervention.  Learn which foods lower overall disease risk and which ones elevate it by compromising the immune system. Learn to plan balanced meals around vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds, making smart substitutions to avoid nutritional deficiencies. (Note: Lecture complements ‘Cancer Risk’ talks at EarthSave events of April 28,29).
